摘要:本发明公开了一种实时采集加油数据的无线应用装置及交互平台,包括卡机、采集板和smart设备,smart设备和卡机分别通过一根485线连接采集板,采集板通过排线连接加油机屏幕主板,加油机通过脉冲信号获得加油量显示到显示器主板,采集板里输入了与每种加油机型号相匹配的采集加油程序,能够获取到加油量,本发明结构原理简单,能够达到加油数据实时采集与实时传送到平台端,没有延迟并且准确无误的效果,代替了之前人工登记的方式,提高了加油的效率,减少了车辆排队的情况;另外,采集到的加油数据以及配合平台端的基础设置,传到移动端调用PDA的原生打印功能,可以实现自动打印加油小票的功能。

Abstract: The invention discloses a wireless application device capable of collecting fueling data in a real-time manner and an interaction platform. The wireless application device and the interaction platformcomprise a card machine, a collection board and a smart device. The smart device and the card machine are connected with the collection board through 485 lines. The collection board is connected witha screen masterboard of an oiling machine through a flat cable. The oiling machine obtains oiling amount through a pulse signal and the oiling amount is displayed on a display masterboard. Collectionoiling programs matching all types of oiling machines are inputted into the collection board so that the oiling amount can be obtained. The wireless application device has a simple structural principle and is capable of collecting oiling data in a real-time manner and sending the data to a platform end. During the process, no delay occurs and accuracy is realized. A previous manual-registration mode is replaced so that oiling efficiency is increased and vehicles do not need to queue. Additionally, collected oiling data and the combined basic configuration of the platform end are sent to a mobile terminal in order to call a native printing function of PDA. Therefore, the function of automatically printing oiling receipts is realized.
