摘要:本发明是一种面向边缘计算的类型化医疗资源处理系统设计方法,从优化物联网边缘设备的资源优化存储、处理和传输等角度出发,解决边缘计算环境下海量类型化医疗资源在有限带宽条件下的传输优化问题。属于物联网与软件工程交叉领域。关键在于基于数据图谱、信息图谱和知识图谱资源处理架构转化医疗资源的类型,同时建立带宽资源利用限制模型,以均衡网络负载。本发明在本地节点提供医疗诊断、存储和传输服务,并允许用户投入和相关效益比决定系统优化的资源方法,使系统保持相对稳定的状态。系统将计算任务分散到边缘设备,缓解云计算环境下事务处理高度集中引发重要医疗资源无法实时传输的压力。

Abstract: The present invention provides a typed medical resource processing system design method facing edge calculation. The transmission optimization problem of a lot of typed medical resources in a limitedbandwidth condition in an edge calculation environment is solved starting from angles such as optimization of resource optimization storage, processing and transmission of an internet-of-things edge device. The typed medical resource processing system design method facing edge calculation belongs to the internet-of-things and software engineering crossing field. The type of a medical resource is converted based on a resource processing configuration of data mapping, information mapping and knowledge domain map, and a bandwidth resource utilization limitation model is established to balance a network load. Medical diagnosis, storage and transmission services are provided at local nodes, and an optimized resource method is determined according to the user input and related cost-effectivenessratio to allow the system to keep a relatively stable state. The system is distributed a calculation risk to edge devices so as to relieve pressure that important medical resources cannot be transmitted in real time caused by high centralization of transaction processing in a cloud calculation environment.
