摘要:本发明提供一种微体化石自动泡样装置,包括内部为中空结构的柜体、若干泡样桶、进水总管、若干根进水支管、排水总管、若干根排水支管、增压泵、水容器和酸容器,所述泡样桶内放置微体化石,所述水容器用以盛放水,所述酸容器用以盛放泡样用的酸溶液,所述增压泵用以将水容器内的水或酸容器内的酸溶液抽取到进水总管内,所述进水总管的出水口连通若干根所述进水支管的进水口,所述进水支管上开设有若干小孔,通过所述小孔将进水支管内的酸溶液或水排放到泡样桶中,所述泡样桶的底部开有第一通孔,通过所述第一通孔将泡样桶内的废液排放到排水支管内,若干根所述排水支管的出水口均连通于所述排水总管的进水口。本发明结构简单、操作简便。

Abstract: The invention provides an automatic microfossil sample soaking device which comprises a cabinet, a plurality of sample soaking buckets, a main water inlet tube, a plurality of water inlet branch tubes, a main discharge tube, a plurality of discharge branch tubes, a pressurizing pump, a water container and an acid container, wherein the cabinet is internally of a hollow structure; microfossil is put into the sample soaking buckets; the water container is used for containing water; the acid container is used for containing an acid solution for soaking samples; the pressurizing pump is used for sucking water inside the water container or the acid solution in the acid container into the main water inlet tube; the water outlet of the main water inlet tube communicates with water inlets of the plurality of the discharge branch tubes; a plurality of small holes are formed in the water inlet branch tubes; the acid solution or water inside the water inlet branch tubes is discharged into the sample soaking bucket through the small holes; a first through hole is formed in the bottom of each sample soaking bucket; waste liquids inside the sample soaking buckets are discharged into the discharge branch tubes through the first through holes; water outlets of the plurality of the discharge branch tubes communicate with the water inlet of the main discharge tube. The device is simple in structure and simple and convenient to operate.
