Abstract: The invention discloses a high-speed camera applied to communication under a visual light dynamic environment and a communication method thereof. The structure of the high-speed camera comprises a lens, a hybrid sensor, a digital signal processing chip and a PCB, wherein an LED is used as a transmitter which flickers at high speed for transmitting signals, the lens is used for shooting scenery ina receiving field and projects a generated optical image to the hybrid sensor, an analog signal is converted to a digital signal via the hybrid sensor, then the digital signal processing chip is usedfor processing the digital signal, and the communication area in the hybrid sensor is used for accurately recognizing and high-speed tracking the transmitter in the image. The high-speed camera applied to communication under the visual light dynamic environment has the advantages of both the photodiode and the high-speed camera, namely high transmission rate and simple in detection of the transmitter, and meanwhile is enough small in size, relatively low in cost, and can track the transmitter in real time and at high speed without artificial movement, so that the visual light dynamic communication between the transmitter and the receiver is achieved, and the extremely strong innovativeness and practical effect are provided.
