摘要：本实用新型涉及一种数控铣床废料吹料回收装置，包括铣床本体，所述铣床本体底部设置有基座，所述铣床本体中部设置有操作腔，所述操作腔内设置有加工台，所述操作腔内设置有若干组排屑柱且排屑柱的两端固定安装在操作腔左右两侧的L型支撑隔板上，所述L型支撑隔板上端安装有除屑组件，所述加工台前后两端焊接有U型架且两侧与L型支撑隔板之间形成集屑腔，所述集屑腔内活动设置有集屑屉，所述集屑屉底部设置有若干组轴流风机，所述轴流风机底部为鼓风腔，所述鼓风腔一侧通过连通管贯穿L型支撑隔板连接至除屑组件。本实用新型通过间隔设置排屑柱，并通过轴流风机和集屑屉实现了操作腔内空气的循环流动，从而达到对加工台铁屑收集清理的目的。

Abstract： The utility model relates to a waste material blowing and recycling device of a numerical control milling machine. The device comprises a milling machine body, a base is arranged at the bottom of themilling machine body; an operation cavity is formed in the middle of the milling machine body; a machining table is arranged in the operation cavity; a plurality of sets of chip removal columns are arranged in the operation cavity, and the two ends of each chip removal column are fixedly installed on the L-shaped supporting partition plates on the left side and the right side of the operation cavity. A scrap removing assembly is installed at the upper end of the L-shaped supporting partition plate. U-shaped frames are welded to the front end and the rear end of the machining table, and scrap collecting cavities are formed between the two sides and the L-shaped supporting partition plates. A scrap collecting drawer is movably arranged in the scrap collecting cavity, a plurality of sets of axial flow fans are arranged at the bottom of the scrap collecting drawer, an air blowing cavity is formed in the bottoms of the axial flow fans, and one side of the air blowing cavity penetrates through the L-shaped supporting partition plate through a communicating pipe to be connected to the scrap removing assembly. The scrap discharging columns are arranged at intervals, air in the operation cavity circularly flows through the axial flow fan and the scrap collecting drawer, and therefore the purpose of collecting and cleaning scrap iron on the machining table is achieved.
