摘要:本实用新型提出一种土工格栅拉拔仪用固定夹具,包括上夹片和下夹片;上夹片的下表面和下夹片的上表面通过多个第一螺栓压紧相接;上夹片的下表面及下夹片的上表面的尾端设置有用于放置土工格栅的一根横肋的横肋夹槽;上夹片的下表面及下夹片的上表面还设置有位于横肋夹槽前侧的限位槽;限位槽与横肋夹槽相邻且平行;限位槽内嵌入设置有若干垂直于上夹片的限位销;限位销与限位槽的前后两侧壁相接,并可沿限位槽左右滑动;上夹片还设置有若干平行于横肋夹槽的上下贯穿的通槽,每个通槽内嵌入设置有若干平行于横肋夹槽的压条;每个压条通过多个第二螺栓压紧固定在下夹片的上表面,用于夹紧土工格栅的多根纵肋。本实用新型能够快速有效夹紧土工格栅。 |

Abstract: The utility model provides a stationary fixture for a geogrid drawing instrument. The stationary fixture comprises an upper clamping piece and a lower clamping piece, the lower surface of the upper clamping piece and the upper surface of the lower clamping piece are pressed and connected through a plurality of first bolts; the tail ends of the lower surface of the upper clamping piece and the upper surface of the lower clamping piece are provided with a transverse rib clamping groove for placing a transverse rib of the geogrid; the lower surface of the upper clamping piece and the upper surface of the lower clamping piece are further provided with limiting grooves located in the front sides of the transverse rib clamping grooves. The limiting grooves are adjacent to and parallel to the transverse rib clamping grooves; a plurality of limiting pins perpendicular to the upper clamping piece are embedded into the limiting grooves; the limiting pin is connected with the front and rear sidewalls of the limiting groove and can slide left and right along the limiting groove; the upper clamping piece is further provided with a plurality of through grooves which are parallel to the transverse rib clamping grooves and penetrate up and down, and a plurality of pressing strips parallel to the transverse rib clamping grooves are embedded in each through groove. Each pressing strip is pressed and fixed to the upper surface of the lower clamping piece through a plurality of second bolts and used for clamping a plurality of longitudinal ribs of the geogrid. The geogrid clamping device canquickly and effectively clamp the geogrid. | |
