摘要:本发明的侵彻过载信息实时处理半实物仿真系统结合实际靶试数据还能完成侵彻过程中计算模型的校正,给出侵彻过载系统使用环境边界约束条件。其可以替代费用高、难以进行的实弹试验,避免数学仿真中一些部件难以准确建立数学模型的困难,克服了实弹打靶测试高速侵彻过载的难度和危险性;其仿真侵彻深度与实测侵深的相对误差都在5%以内,此半实物仿真系统能够准确地模拟侵彻过程,并且系统误差小,仿真侵彻深度精度高;其能够实现对硬目标侵彻过载系统的发火可靠性、炸深控制能力、引战配合能力进行评估。
Abstract: The invention discloses a semi-physical simulation system for the real-time processing of penetration overload information. The system is used for combining actual target test to complete the correction of a calculating model in a penetration process, and giving out a boundary constraint condition of an operating environment of a penetration overload system. The semi-physical simulation system can be used for replacing a live ammunition test which is high in substituted expenses and difficult to carry out, therefore the difficulty that some parts in mathematical simulation are difficult to build a mathematical model can be prevented, and the difficult and danger of the high speed penetration overload of a live ammunition shooting test can be overcome; furthermore, a relative error between a simulation penetration depth and a measured penetration depth is within 5%, the semi-physical simulation system is capable of accurately simulating the penetration process, and the system error is small and the precision of the simulation penetration depth is high; in addition, the semi-physical simulation system can be used for evaluating the shooting reliability, blasting depth reliability, blasting depth control capability and fuze-warhead coordination capability of a hard target penetration overload system.
