摘要：本发明提供了一种生产MBS树脂的节能环保新工艺。该工艺为：采用反应釜内的蒸汽直接加热方式代替原来的反应釜外的夹套加热方式对聚合反应釜内的物料进行加热，即：在聚合反应釜内设置一根从上盖通入反应釜内的蒸汽加热管，蒸汽加热管下端接可升降活络接管，可升降活络接管下端接弧形弯管；弧形弯管内侧设若干喷嘴。蒸汽通过蒸汽加热管道及设在蒸汽加热管道下部的喷嘴直接对反应物料进行加热，使反应物料加热均匀。本发明采用反应釜内的蒸汽直接加热方式代替原来的反应釜外的夹套加热方式后，节约了蒸汽，减少了纯水的用量，缩短了反应时间，避免了反应釜壁上的挂胶结皮，减少了工业固废物的排放。

Abstract： The invention provides a novel energy-saving and environment-friendly process for producing MBS resin. The process comprises the steps of heating materials in a polymerization reaction kettle by adopting a direct heating mode of using steam in a reaction kettle instead of adopting an original jacket heating mode implemented outside the reaction kettle, wherein the direct heating mode is that a steam heating pipe which penetrates into the reaction kettle from an upper cover is arranged in the polymerization reaction kettle, the lower end of the steam heating pipe is connected with a lifting adjustable connecting pipe, and the lower end of the lifting adjustable connecting pipe is connected with an arc-shaped elbow pipe; a plurality of spray nozzles are arranged on the inner side of the arc-shaped elbow pipe; and steam can be used for directly heating reaction materials by virtue of a steam heating pipeline and the spray nozzles which are arranged at the lower parts of the steam heating pipeline to ensure that the reaction materials are uniformly heated. According to the novel energy-saving and environment-friendly process provided by the invention, an original jacket heating mode implemented outside the reaction kettle is replaced by using a direct heating mode of using the steam in the reaction kettle, so that the steam can be saved, the consumption of pure water can be reduced, the reaction time can be shortened, glue hanging and skin formation phenomena caused on the wall of the reaction kettle can be avoided, and the emission of industrial solid wastes can be reduced.
