摘要:本发明提供一种工业机械设备振动信号采集方法,能够降低数据采集节点功耗。所述方法包括:若数据采集节点接收到的控制指令为振动信号采集指令,则唤醒处于低功耗模式的所述数据采集节点;唤醒后的所述数据采集节点根据所述振动信号采集指令采集机械设备的振动信号;在一轮振动信号采集结束后,将采集的所述振动信号发送出去,若所述数据采集节点没有再收到振动信号采集指令,则所述数据采集节点进入低功耗模式。本发明适用于工业机械设备故障监测技术领域。

Abstract: The invention provides a vibration signal collection method for industrial mechanical equipment. According to the method, the power consumption of a data collection node can be reduced. The method comprises the steps that when control instructions relieved by data collection nodes are vibration signal collection signals, waking up the data collection nodes in low power consumption modes; collecting vibration signals of the mechanical equipment by the wakened data collection nodes according to the vibration signal collection signals; after a round of vibration data collection is finished, sending the collected vibration signals, wherein if the data collection nodes no longer receive the vibration signal collection signals, the data collection nodes enter the low power consumption modes. The method is applicable to the technical field of industrial mechanical equipment fault monitoring.
