Abstract： The invention discloses a ship special for PVD over-water construction. The ship comprises a ship body and lifting piles located at the four right-angle positions of the ship body; two anchor rods and anchor rod winches are installed on the positions, located on the four right-angle positions, of the ship body, of the ship body correspondingly, a plurality of movable plate driving vehicle frames are further installed on the ship body, and vehicle frame guide rails are installed below all the movable plate driving vehicle frames; and each movable plate driving vehicle frame comprises a vehicle frame base and a plug board truss, the side face of each plug board truss is further provided with a plug board rod capable of lifting along the plug board truss, and a plug board unit is installed at the bottom of each movable plate driving vehicle frame. When the ship special for PVD over-water construction conducts seashore cofferdam construction, the ship body is moved to a needed position by throwing all the anchor rods on the ship body into a sea area and operating the anchor rod winches, drainage board installation is achieved through quick rising of the plug board trusses and the plug board rods, wherein the plug board trusses and the plug board rods are installed on the ship body, the plug board rods can be lowered after installation, and the plug board trusses are horizontally placed on the ship body to meet the height limit requirements of a construction device. The ship special for PVD over-water construction is applied to the field of over-sea operation devices.
