摘要:本发明公开了一种面向工业物联的数据采集方法,包括步骤:针对工业设备来配置物联数据采集终端;对工业设备进行数据采集并将采集到的数据转换为字节流进行缓存;将缓存数据进行数据语义化,并转换为JSON“键/值”形式;通过边缘计算程序对“键/值”形式的数据进行数据边缘处理;通过“键/值”形式上传工业设备的数据。本发明通过对工业数据的可配置化采集,实现对不同工业设备数据的便捷、高效采集,并利用边缘计算程序对工业数据进行边缘化处理,筛选出冗余数据,有效地保证数据采集的有效性,降低网络数据传输量,提高工业数据采集的效率,实现对工业设备多样化数据的采集,处理以及传输。

Abstract: The invention discloses a data acquisition method for industrial Internet of Things. The method comprises the following steps: configuring an Internet of Things data acquisition terminal for industrial equipment; carrying out data acquisition on the industrial equipment and converting the acquired data into byte streams for caching; performing data semantization on the cached data, and convertingthe cached data into a JSON key/value form; carrying out data edge processing on the data in the key/value form through an edge calculation program; and uploading the data of the industrial equipmentin a key/value form. According to the invention, the industrial data can be collected in a configurable manner; convenient and efficient acquisition of different industrial equipment data is realized;and the industrial data is subjected to marginalization processing by utilizing an edge calculation program, and redundant data is screened out, so that the effectiveness of data acquisition is effectively ensured, the network data transmission amount is reduced, the efficiency of industrial data acquisition is improved, and the acquisition, processing and transmission of diversified data of industrial equipment are realized.
