摘要：本实用新型公开了一种建筑、道路工程伸缩缝用弹塑体装置,包括现浇混凝土层和设置在现浇混凝土层上端的沥青混凝土铺装层,现浇混凝土层中心开设有伸缩缝,伸缩缝内部填充有海绵体或泡沫体,沥青混凝土铺装层中心开设有槽口,槽口中填充有伸缩弹性体和碎石,槽口中还设置有盖板;现浇混凝土层上部左右对称设置有下膨胀螺栓,沥青混凝土铺装层内侧左右对称设置有侧膨胀螺栓,侧膨胀螺栓和下膨胀螺栓的端部之间设置有钢筋。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理且施工方便快捷,能很好的满足伸缩缝性能要求,不需装设专门伸缩构件,有效解决了小伸缩量下其它伸缩装置安装使用期限短的问题,同时具有承受车辆荷载,弹性好,表面平整美观的特点。 |

| Abstract： The utility model discloses a plastic elastomer device for a building or road engineering expansion joint, which comprises a cast-in-situ concrete layer and an asphalt concrete pavement layer arranged at the upper end of the cast-in-situ concrete layer; an expansion joint is arranged in the center of the cast-in-situ concrete layer; a sponge body or a foam body is filled inside the expansion joint; a notch is arranged in the center of the asphalt concrete pavement layer and is filled with a flexible elastomer and gravel; a cover plate is arranged in the notch; lower expansion bolts are eudipleurally arranged at the upper part of the cast-in-situ concrete layer; side expansion bolts are eudipleurally arranged on the inner side of the asphalt concrete pavement layer; and reinforcing steel bars are arranged between the end parts of the side expansion boles and the end parts of the lower expansion bolts. The plastic elastomer device has a simple structure and a reasonable design and is convenient and quick for construction; and the requirement for expansion joint performance can be better met, the installation of a special expansion member is avoided and the problem that the service life of the other expansion devices is short under small flexibility can be effectively solved. Meanwhile, the plastic elastomer device has the characteristics of bearing performance for vehicle load, favorable elasticity and attractiveness and smoothness in surface. | |
